At a glance

In-store purchase: 10 days from the date of purchase for a return or exchange.
Online purchase: 30 days from the day you receive your package.
Holiday gifts: exchange until January 23, 2027 for purchases made during the holiday season, in store or online. The store is closed January 1 to 10.
Engraved jewellery and watches: no return or exchange, except for a defect.
Sale items: no return or exchange, except for a defect.
Custom-made jewellery: final sale, no return or exchange, except for a defect.

The item must be unworn, in perfect condition and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Email info@bijouteriediplomate.com with your name, order number, the item and the reason for the return.
We send you a return number. No return is accepted without it.
Ship the item well protected. Return shipping is at your cost, unless the error is ours.

Bring the item and your receipt to 1144 Mont-Royal Ave. East, Montréal, QC H2J 1X8.

Allow 3 to 5 business days after we receive the item for the credit to appear on your statement.

Email info@bijouteriediplomate.com as soon as it arrives, with a photo of the item. We fix it at our cost.

On request, we provide a gift receipt with no price.
