SHIPPING POLICY

Timing of Order Processing

Bijouterie Diplomate strives to ship in-stock items purchased within three to seven business days. Unless otherwise specified, made-to-order and out-of-stock items will be dispatched within one to three weeks. After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.

Please contact us at Bijouterie Diplomate for urgent orders, and we will make every effort to prioritize your request.

Shipping

For the delivery procedure to be secure, a signature is required upon delivery. Please note that Bijouterie Diplomate is not liable for lost dispatches when the tracking information indicates that the item has been delivered. We are also not liable for delayed delivery caused by the customer's inability to sign for the package upon its arrival or by unforeseeable weather conditions or shipping company technical issues.

You are responsible for the reshipment costs if your delivery is returned to Bijouterie Diplomate for any reason.

The following payment mechanisms are accepted for online purchases: Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal

Normal Delivery Times

As each item of jewellery is made to order, our typical turnaround time is 10 business days. After shipment, the following are the standard delivery times for all orders with Canada Post:

* Quebec: 1 to 3 business days
* Rest of Canada: 1 to 7 business days

Please note that delivery dates are not guaranteed in the event of postal service interruptions, malfunctions, or bank or credit card provider delays. Furthermore, Bijouterie Diplomate is not liable for packages that are lost due to incorrect delivery addresses supplied during the ordering process.

Monitoring Your Order

You will receive an email containing the tracking number once your order is available for shipment. This allows you to track the location and status of your delivery.

Error in Your Purchase

Please contact us immediately at contact@bijouteriediplomate.com if you receive the incorrect or a defective item. Include a photo of the incorrect or damaged item in your correspondence to expedite the resolution.
