  • Free on orders of $150+. Under $150: $15 (Xpresspost, Canada Post).
  • In-stock items: shipped within 3 to 7 business days.
  • Free in-store pickup, usually ready within 24 hours.

Timing

  • In-stock items: shipped within 3 to 7 business days.
  • Made-to-order or out-of-stock items: 1 to 3 weeks. We confirm the timing by email.
  • Once shipped, your order arrives in 1 to 3 business days in QuΓ©bec, and 1 to 7 business days elsewhere in Canada.

Tracking and signature

You get an email with your tracking number as soon as it ships. A signature is required on delivery.

In-store pickup

Choose Β« Pickup Β» at checkout. We email you when it's ready. Bring your order number and ID.

Good to know
