At Bijouterie Diplomate, the work is done in the store, by the family that has run the workshop since 1965. You see who handles your piece, and everyday repairs are done in our workshop, Monday to Friday.

Battery, strap, links adjusted on the spot, full overhaul. Everyday and luxury watches.
Gold buying
Acid and X-ray testing, free evaluation, paid by cash, cheque or transfer.
Laser engraving
Initials, dates and messages on jewelry and watches, engraved in store.
Polishing and rhodium plating
Ultrasonic cleaning, polishing, rhodium plating for white gold.
Ear piercing
Sterile system, earrings in surgical steel or 14K gold.
Eyeglass repair
Laser soldering of metal frames, in our workshop.

Do I need an appointment for a repair?
No. Drop by the store without an appointment, Monday to Saturday. On-the-spot repairs are done Monday to Friday. For custom work, come with or without an appointment.
Do you repair jewelry bought elsewhere?
Yes. We repair jewelry no matter where you bought it.
Are repairs guaranteed?
Yes. Our repairs are guaranteed against defects in the work done. Damage from a shock, misuse or lack of maintenance is not covered.
How much does a repair cost?
Each service page lists our starting prices: watch battery $10, ring resizing $25, chain soldering $25, engraving $25, eyeglass repair $50. The exact price is confirmed in store.
What are your opening hours?
Monday 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 10:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Thursday 10:30 a.m. to 7 p.m.; Saturday noon to 5 p.m.; closed Sunday. 1144 Mont-Royal Avenue East, a few minutes from Mont-Royal metro.
