Common questions

Before you buy

Is Diplomate an authorized Tissot retailer?

Yes. Tissot lists Bijouterie Diplomate as an authorized retailer on tissotwatches.com.

What warranty does my Tissot watch have?

The Tissot international warranty: 2 years, or 3 years on some models, such as COSC-certified chronometers and the PRC 100 Solar. It's valid once the certificate is stamped by an official retailer, which we do when you buy. Major problems covered by the warranty are repaired by Tissot. Battery changes, though, are done right here.

Can you adjust the bracelet?

Yes, right here, while you wait. It's included with your Tissot. For a watch bought elsewhere, it's $10.

Which Tissot watches do you have in store?

PRX, Seastar, Gentleman, Le Locle, Ballade, T-Touch, SRV, PR 100 and others. The ones marked “In store” are here: come try them on. The others are available by special order.

Do you change the battery in my Tissot?

Yes, right here, no appointment needed: $10. For a full service, expect $150; we confirm the price after examining the movement.
